Referral Service, Not a Contractor

Fix My Pipe is a marketing and referral service operated by Vmeus LLC. Vmeus LLC is not a licensed plumbing contractor, does not employ plumbers, and does not perform, supervise or guarantee any plumbing work. Calls placed to the published number are routed to independently owned and operated, licensed and insured plumbing contractors who perform all inspections, quotes and repairs.

No Guarantee of Pricing or Outcomes

Any pricing, availability, timing or outcome referenced on the website — including same-day availability, free inspections, or dollar-amount discounts — reflects typical practice among servicing contractors and is not a guarantee for any specific call, address or date. Actual availability is subject to contractor capacity.

Quotes and Workmanship Are the Contractor's Responsibility

All price quotes, workmanship, materials, permits, warranties and scheduling are the sole responsibility of the independent plumbing contractor performing the work. Any dispute regarding the quality, price or completion of plumbing work should be directed to the servicing contractor.

Offer and Discount Limitations

Promotional offers referenced on the website (including the free inspection, the $50 repair discount, the $250 water heater discount, and membership discounts for AAA, Costco, Sam's Club or Lowe's) are made available at the discretion of, and applied by, the servicing contractor. Offers cannot be combined, apply only to qualifying work, may require proof of membership, and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

Intellectual Property

The Fix My Pipe name, website design, layout and original written content are the property of Vmeus LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission. Photographs displayed on the website are licensed for use on this website and are not to be copied or reused.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vmeus LLC is not liable for any damages, losses or claims arising from plumbing work performed by an independent contractor, from delays in dispatch, or from reliance on information contained on the website. Use of the website and dispatch service is at the user's own risk.

Indemnification

Use of the website or dispatch service includes agreement to indemnify and hold harmless Vmeus LLC from any claims, damages or expenses arising from misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or disputes with an independent plumbing contractor.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from these terms or use of the website is subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Florida.
